To me the right would have more reason to complain and throw accusations like this if it wasn't for our current SCotUS.    Somebody else just posted an article about the right's plans on that front with judges and the like who will be more williing to do what the right wants in case of a win for them in the WH.    Another thing I find funny that people around here seem to post as though it's only one side doing this .

Sure, eventually these cases could reach SCOTUS and will likely be corrected.  But this entire DOJ weaponization is not about that.  It's about intimidation, extortion and just ruining people.    Sure, maybe your case gets to SCOTUS and they rule in your favor....but for years the DOJ just hammers you and they do not care, for the most part, that they are eventually shown to be wrong.....no sir..... instill fear, harm as much as possible....that is the liberal DOJ system
