Don’t think Yankees won’t win it all. Royals never had a chance.

Welp...Tigers gotta go back to Cleveland to try and finish this thing off.  I said from the beginning I will not be disappointed in them if this ends in the ALDS.  They exceeded all expectations this year and have been a damn fun team to watch the last couple months.

Got Skubal pitching Saturday so there's a chance!

Its been a bit of a magical run the last 40 games and playoffs, but i believe a lot of it is smoke and mirrors.  The whole "pitching chaos" thing isnt sustainable long term.   Besides starting pitching after Skubal, I think they are a 3B, 1B, C, and another professional hitter away from being a top tier team.

The Yankees have a lot of flaws. They can be taken out.

Yeah.  They arent going to be able to win it all with the current roster.   But every win is fun

2 nice plays by Kiki in the 9th who had been playing OF all night.  Game winning RBI too.

Are we live? Yeah we’re live. It’s the fact we don’t give a fock!

Wish the Red Sux could get players like that

NY NY

I’m not sure who else is Mets / Yankees here - But would you rather lose in the ALCS than lose to the Mets in WS ?

I want NY NY

Totally getting ahead of this as both teams have a series to win. Hypothetically speaking of course.

In my younger days a loss to the Mets in the WS would have been a problem. I’m older now. Let’s have some fun and if the Mets win hats off to em.

That’s how I feel. No more hate for who wins due to old rivalries.

Good answer and I’m telling everyone I know I hope for a Subway Series !!

MLB has to be drooling with the potential Match ups for ratings.

Too many Patriots fans b1tch about the Chefs on sports radio. Tired of listening to people say Maholmes isn’t that good  they are so protective of anyone saying Brady/BB/Pats aren’t the goat, going to get passed. Over it.

Yeah.  I’m over the Yankees  being something special. They’re just a fockin baseball team.  It was great, but it won’t ever be like it was. Like everything else.

Had a small futures bet at the trade deadline on the Padres go out the window. Hate both the Yankees/ Dodgers but strangely don’t hate any player on either team. Well maybe Kike.

Red Sox fan here..completely agree. I was hoping for Padres Tigers, but really just want a good series. Didn't watch a lick of baseball in the season. Playoffs have been great as usual.

Yankees/Red Sox rivalry of the early 2000s will never, ever be topped. They played 19 freaking times a year,  not counting playoffs. Almost every single one of those games had a playoff vibe.

I would laugh when they would say Ohio State / Michigan was a bigger rivalry. Those 19 games were pretty much sold out every year. That’s 8-9 football games.

I may well exit if the Tigers are eliminated. Three of the teams left are top five in payroll and the 4th bent the knee and allowed Woke sh1tbags to bully them into a name change.
