You can point in every direction around the world. There are iincome disparities whereever you go on this planet. 

Some people are smarter, more motivated, have better work ethics, and desire more things or status than others. 

My girlfriend and I are probably in the 95th percentile for household income in the US, and we have friends and family that make a lot less and some that make a lot more. 

I don't have a problem with either group of them because they are all responsible, good people.
