I've said this a lot before;

I think by 2050, we're going to learn the impacts of the "new", crazy powerful weed. 

This ain't the weed of the 70s. 

And as much as we wanted to mock the whole "gateway drug" concept in the 80's, turns out, dammit, that they were right; hence the crisis we face currently. 

You know what drug addicts and chomos have in common?  That which scratched their itch last week needs even more the next. 

And for those who want to say "let the idiots kill themselves?" Virtually every one of the cities we see devolve into the next Haiti - have legalized weed. 

Anyway, I'm sure the usual people will have the usual responses. But, just as the government had to olive the manufacture, sourcing and strength of booze and drugs, they need to do the same now. 

 

Simply put:

I'm not saying that everyone that smokes dope will end up doing Blue and other drugs. 

- But anyone who's ever gotten hooked on blue; Has smoked today's weed first.  Every time. 

 

...and we're just starting to see the impacts across the bored.
