I'm drilling down into the definition of a hoax.

Humans making crops circles in fields to get people to think aliens made them: Hoax.

Someone dressing up in a bigfoot outfit for grainy photos: Hoax.

A grainy image of some man-made object in Loch Ness and claiming it is a monster: Hoax.

That The Holocaust was a hoax and didn't happen.

That the moon landing was a hoax and didn't happen.

It's a goddamned undisputed fact that there are men who think they are women and women who think they are men.

The ONLY way this could be considered a "hoax" is if transgenderism isn't actually a thing and that it's actually a very complicated "hoax" meant to fool people into believing something else.
