There is such a group and I thought there was a thread for this.

But anyway, in a black Detroit church today they had a Blacks For Trump rally.

However from the videos I've seen the crowd is mostly white folks.

How is this a “Blacks for Trump” event in Detroit but the crowd is white?

Yeah, you did, although you can't read exactly what the red hats say. The orange/yellow wigs they are wearing give it a parody quality, but perhaps they are legitimately Blacks For Trump supporters (hope someone interviewed them afterwards).

Trump isn't going to win the black vote in Detroit.  The goal would be to try and get 20-25% of even the black male vote.  Michigan is going to be one of the closest states and for every black vote he can gain from Biden in Detroit, it's two less new voters he will have to get out to flip the state.

I would be hard pressed to vote for anyone other than Biden. The guy is sharp as a tack and his leadership skills, stair climbing, press conferences, ice cream licking, integrity are second to none.

I'm pretty sure that President Biden was in Detroit last month and that former President Obama was in Detroit a few days ago.
