99.5% chance nothing happened but it’s hilarious seeing people defending this as it’s ok. It’s not ok for him and his wife to go with a straight boy/girl and it’s not ok for this lag to kid. One would assume that, yes, his parents were aware but that hasn't been confirmed.

What I have read it was just the one kid, I think if it had been a straight/gay organization field trip that would have been mentioned by now.
