Why don’t they just make Devonta Smith a healthy scratch?

Whelp, McLaurin and Dev Smith are driving me to another TNF loss! My weekly matchup will done early!

And Hurts is doing me no favors!

I guess Dante Fowler died during warm-ups.

Why didn't they just take the lead?

Today's NFL head coaches - they forego FGs and even XPs to go for the TD.

The announcers were all over Jalen Carter's jock, and on the very next snap he gets absolutely pancaked by the right guard.

Then Daniels throws a pick to Blankenship.  Oy.

Barkley is inevitable.

There's got to be something wrong with Daniels, right?  He's throwing balls at receiver's feet.

Last week I sat Daniels for Rodgers.  He put up 7 points and Rodgers found a way to suck even more.

This week, I sat Daniels for Bo Nix.  Nix is really going to have to suck to pull off a repeat of last week.

Gotta love the absolute garbage time TD.

I wish I started Amari Cooper or Jordan Addison; instead of DeVonta Smith. Looks like Cooper will play this week for the Bills, despite an injury.

I wish I had played Pittman or Doubs over Dev Smith. At least I'd still have the hope of some production.

We need to fire up a Week 11 FU thread because I got Barkley'd. Mostly due to horrific linebacker play from Washington.

As a Dev owner, it's frustrating, he's standing alone in the EndZone, and Hurts won't throw it.  Seems like he looks for his first read only and if he's not wide open, tucks and runs, and won't throw it downfield and let the play develop.  Coaching, AJ needs to be the  possession short stuff, and Smith the downfield burner, they have it the other way around.

Agreed - there was a play mid 3rd quarter where Hurts scrambled to his left and dumped down to AJ about 10 yards downfield. On the replay, DeVonta was wide open 25 yards downfield right in the middle of the field. Aggravating for sure as a Smith owner. I've got him and Jayden Reed I have to deal with each week - talk about frustrating.

I sat Daniels for Nix, too. I don't think we'll have to worry.

Understandable. I got Smith, Reed, Jordan Addison, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Amari Cooper. But my RBs are pretty stacked in that money league.

I’ve always thought Devonta Smith was overrated as a fantasy WR2. Investing such high capital on a team’s #2 never made sense to me (Jaylen Waddle being another example). But I thought $29 for Smith was a bargain. That was a mistake & should’ve stuck to my gut. Guaranteed that won’t happen again!

If the Birds keep dominating with running attack and being ahead of teams the gamescript works against both Dev and AJ

But yes AJ gets way more looks than Dev

True and Dallas Goedert has only had one huge game this season. Should have expected it with the addition of Saquon Barkley haha; I thought it was gonna help Goedert and Smith get open more for stats.
