Already addressed this, but I will spell it out again for clarity.

Kenvue is not going to recommend taking tylenol for pregnant women because they can't prove it's 100% safe and in doing so would expose themselves to liability.  So they say talk to your doctor, and the doctor will use all the best information to make a recommendation, and that is to take tylenol if needed.  Kenvue also states that there is no link between tylenol and autism.

I am kind of amazed at the number of pregnant women just randomly taking Tylenol, though and filming it. Not sure why they are potentially putting their babies at risk for anything, even if it's found that the Tylenol = autism is a big nothing burger. These people are doing it for views and clout, not for their babies - that's what's kind of frightening.
