When you can't afford it, it is a problem.

If you can't afford to lose $25 or $50 here and there, that I would say that is a different problem. 

I stand to win $3400 if I win my big fantasy league. $1000 entry. I am already at + $1400 for the season. I can tack on another 3400 by winning it all.

Giving money to edjr without signing up is encouraged. Allow him to buy some blow before the boarder gets shut down and prices go up
