Of course it hasn't, I already stated as much.  The original conversation is from the announcement of Egypt to have a competing plan to that of Trump.   I called out when Trump made his announcement that it was a move to force players in the region to step up.....at that time the poster above thought he was cute and noted that they had declined to do so.....as if I was being silly.... well, here is Egypt....step one...

SO, lets assume.....again...assume...for the moment....they DO get engaged....then the rest of the strategy could transpire....it makes sense.
