 I hated working uninsured driver claims. Those files would be on desk weeks,months. And the majority of them, illegal aliens. And half of them were drunk and not held accountable for what they did. Then I’d have a claim where Pedro would have another bad accident whilst wasted. 
 

Example: I was in my shed doing laundry and i heard the loudest noise. I knew it was an accident, a bad one. I ran out and told my ex to cal 911. When I got to the scene across the street in the neutral ground, two dead Mexicans, the other that them and killed them when the PU they hit were killed instantly when they wrapped it around an oak tree. And three other Mexican illegals in the truck that caused it, ran. I Found after the investigation, they were all cousins that were drinking playing bingo trying to race each other. I’ll never forget the look on their dead faces. Still haunts me to this day. They made bail and fled home. The truck them went into a house that was being built. No insurance.

Now that illegals can get drivers licenses, and therefore purchase insurance, can I expect the amount I have to pay for underinsured/uninsured drivers every six months to drop ?

Of course he couldn't answer the question, but I can tell you the amount has continued to increase.

Similar to the lies we were told regarding renewable energy. You'll not only be saving the planet, rates will be lower. Those have continued to go up as well.

Hey Tim, in your home state of Cali as well, illegal immigrants can get driver's licenses, and therefore can get car insurance.  They just choose to not do it most of the time, despite your assertion that the VAST MAJORITY of such immigrants just want to assimilate and contribute. Maybe they know that Cali won't do anything to them if they get in an accident?  Incentives, or lack of penalties, drive behavior.

I'm not sure where you got the idea otherwise, but insurance is not a reason to make them citizens.    HTH
