They are out on a QB this year which is fine. But why are they signing 2 fringe starter vets? Winston would have been fun. Hes going to sit for thr bore that is Russ Wilson in 2025? If you arent big on QB in thr draft which is reasonable, why not sign Winston and draft some 3rd or 4th round QB to get a look at? I understand coach and gms jobs are on the line. But if Browns dont think hes a franchise guy just good then no. All teams view guys differently. So I cant say. But they dont take him unless they are really thrilled about taking him. As you go 4-12. 1st pick and a qb like arch manning is there while you took a guy you sort of like. I dont have a view of Sanders as a prospect. If his mind isnt goofy he seem accurate and understands football. I can easily see him not sucking. Id just rather pass on a bad class if im no where close anyway. But I’m not kidding myself that Hunter is gong to be a significant contributor on both sides of the ball. If he is it will only be for a year or two.
