In all seriousness Tim, it is our business to make sure these people get the care they really need. They may just need a therapist or someone to talk to, not neutering themselves. 

Go getting reassignment surgery is not an answer to their Mental Health issues.

When as children they grow up subjected to jackass mindsets such as yours, it's no wonder so many of us suffer mental illnesses. 

I'm blessed that I witnessed very little of that and that my mental health is sound, but you should develop some education, maturity and empathy on this sibject matter instead of engaging in childish thread diarrhea and secretly scrolling Grindr for trans hookups.

My kid wasn't a tranny and is successful in life.
