Hey the innocent guy with the full back MS13 tattoo should be deported on lack of brains if he's really not a violent gang member.

Fok them. You're a cuck. 100%

Someone told me you’re an MS13 member too. So let’s deport you as well. Wait were we wrong about that? Oh well

Go ahead. Give it a shot. Try to have him deported. Accuse him wrongly. You will get nowhere.

But the illegals? They are getting the boot. And you can't do shlt about it.

Democrats love activist judges. They tell you how to spend money, make hiring/firing decisions based on race, and prevent you from deporting criminals.

They're how you spend a bajillion dollars in California and don't have high speed rail nor water in the fire hydrants and keep hostile gangbangers in the country. They're also how you pour bajillions into electric vehicle charging stations and don't get but a small handful of stations.

Its not just that Democrats are vile evil scum who celebrate drug cartels and terrorists, as well as confuse children in order to carve up their sex organs. They're also stupid, totally incompetent, and utterly useless which are why blue states and blue cities are so grossly mismanaged.

If you think the judiciary passes budgets, makes hiring decisions and passes immigration laws then you're dumber than the blue states that you call stupid.

If you'd taken time off from delivering school buses to NAMBLA conventions, you may have noticed like the rest of us that since January, they've decided to take on those responsibilities themselves because they don't like how the executive and legislative branches the people voted for are doing those things.

Here's a nationwide injunction: you can't fire those people. Here's a nationwide injunction: you have to spend that money. Here's a nationwide injunction: you can't deport those sex trafficking / drug smuggling gang members nor those terrorist sympathizers.

Despite the personal attacks of calling me a Pedro, I will explain to you how the US govt works.  Congress decides how the money is spent, Congress writes the immigration laws, departments decide who works there and they must follow laws therein while making those decisions.

Trump has zero power in overriding any of this and it's the job of the judiciary to decide when laws are broken.

What you're arguing against is a Republic where checks and balances are used to limit abuse of power.  You're arguing against America.

Maybe take a civics class or read a book. If thats too hard move back to china.  You don't belong here.

I didn't accuse you of being a pedo.  Just of being their best friend and advocate, ignoring/being comfortable with what they do, and assuring us they aren't doing anything wrong.

The Trump administration is doing what they were elected to do, the legislature is on board with it ands for the lower courts in the judiciary are wildly overstepping their authority by dictating policy to the other two branches.

The Constitution gives the authority for passing laws to the legislature and for enforcing the laws to the executive. The lower courts,  courts which aren't even mentioned in the Constitution, are stepping in and overriding both of them.

No that's not what's happening.

The executive branch is overriding the legislature and the judicial branch is stepping in and correcting it.  Exactly how America works.

Well what a surprise. The judge that ordered the gangsters back to the US has a conflict of interest where his daughter profits off of giving them legal advice. So a crooked judge is the side that people are taking, on top of the dismissal of common sense that we don't want cartel gang members roaming around the US

We're starting to learn more about the "terrorists" that were deported against the law.

The men sent to do hard labor in a Salvadoran prison:

- A tattoo artist seeking asylum who entered legally.
- A teen who got a tattoo in Dallas because he thought it looked cool.
 - A 26-year-old whose tattoos his wife says are unrelated to a gang.
- A barber whose family says he has no gang ties.

Just wait until they have to come to grips with their favorite politicians being in prison, maybe even finding their way to the gallows, while Trump never sniffs a cell. Its going to seem so unfair to them.

I'm sure they just all happened to be all tatted up with banger tats and it's just one big misunderstanding. Future doctors and all of that.

Thanks for the lesson.  Except...

... Congress decides the amount, but not the specific allocations or timelines, nor the number of employees

... The Executive Branch is responsible for the border and issues Executive Orders about it often.  Gee, here is Biden when he first entered office:

https://cmsny.org/biden-harris-immigration-executive-actions/

... Departments report to the POTUS, and are run by people appointed by the POTUS.

I don't know what we'd do without you explaining these things to us.

Agreed on all this, it doesn't contradict anything I said but I see you're desperate for a "win"

One of the reasons why Musk got slapped for firing everyone is that the OMB cannot fire employees in other departments.  That is the responsibility of the department.  You can read what the courts say: https://www.cnn.com/2025/03/13/politics/judge-opm-probationary-employees-fired-hearing/index.html

Yes the Executive Branch is responsible for the border and can issue executive actions, but they can't BREAK THE LAW.  Apparently you need me to explain this to you.

@RLLD how does this post jibe with your insistence that liberals believe conservatives are evil but not the other way around?

Moving on, I'll agree with you on something:  While I don't necessarily mind the deportations, what I don't get is how we can send these folks to a prison in El Salvador.  I further understand that we are paying this prison to keep these folks, so... they have no incentive to ever let them out.  This seems wrong on multiple levels.

I do not concur with this specific instance in how it is being presented.

Now, if you would be so kind as to present evidence that someone in the Republican party or right-leaning media has taken this same topic and used it to suggest that Democrats are Hitler or  authoritarian,  or fascist......or promoting a civil war.....or any one of the array of other things that would then mean we should never work with Democrats I think your position would have more merit

1. I haven’t seen you, I don’t know. Let’s put your name on the list and worry about it later.
2. Your “documents” could be a forgery. I suspect they are. You might be able to prove otherwise but since there’s no due process that won’t happen.
3. You can scream how retarded I am for the entire flight to El Salvador and then inside the prison you’re being sent to.

Too easy. Took me about 30 seconds. And there’s about a gazillion other examples. I’m forced to conclude that you suffer from cognitive dissonance.

Agreed.  We're rounding up individuals based on who knows what, tattoos, and we're sending them to a foreign country where they will effectively be tortured for the rest of their lives.  We're supposed to be better than this.

I understand why we're doing it though.  If you noticed there were lots of videos, high production value.  The point here is to send a message to the rest of the world.  Come to the US and you'll end up in an El Salvadorian torture prison.  Much different than "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free"  or Reagans Shining city on a hill.

Perfect. I already had that one, but glad you flagged it.   NOW.....the next part.   Correlate HIS usage.....to failing during the elections, AND...polling showing that the party is failing....

There are a few more steps to get you there, but you are on the right track now....

I mean, if that is your thing....by all means...

BUT......if "yourthing".....manifests is lost elections.....and poor polling.....maybe stop copying them?

I don’t think it hurts either side to promote the idea that the other side is evil. I wish that it did because I hate it. But I honestly don’t believe it loses elections ever. Unfortunately it’s a winning formula.

I disagree.   By way of example.....   when the Democrats created a CR last fall that suddenly is decried as damaging today, because they want to ding Trump where ever possible......and they cannot do that simple thing because it is seen as working with Trump, and supporting the CR is being assailed because hey....you worked with the guy you have been saying is this big threat....and its dividing the party.....I think the vilification strategy is not working and is actually hurting you more than helping.
