Of course this dummy is trying to claim this backs up your opinion, but while he got near the front of the room, he is not moving any more forward when he starts talking and then is pushed by security. Also, Noem looks right at him then looks back at her paper and keeps talking as if nothing happened. Not the reaction I’d expect if someone had just “burst into the room.” https://x.com/FilmLadd/status/1933297292809023961 sheep

Mark Davis 380 Posted Thursday at 11:22 PM 17 minutes ago, Engorgeous George said: Padilla was looking for attention. He sought to get that attention by ignoring all norms and protocols of his profession. He presented as a potential threat. He was stopped. He then claimed the sanctity of his Office by identifying himself verbally. His actions being wholly inconsistent with his self identification Secret Service and FBI did not take him at his word, after all he was not wearing his identification nor acting Senatorially. Secret Service and FBI don't take potential risks at their word, its pretty much their job discription to not do so. They secured the unknown person until they identified him. Then they let him go. He played the buffoon because he was looking for attention and he did not think things through. He wanted to usurp the forum of another for his own goals. He got closed down, appropriately. His whining and attempts to redefine the incident are pathetic. He emasculated himself. Those trying to defend his conduct emasculate themselves. Sometimes you just have to take the loss and move on. I largely agree. Although I think it's more than likely he anticipated this type thing could well happen. If you've ever been around Secret Service personnel when they are on the job you should be able to sense they aren't playing around. How many kooks show up to random events claiming to be whoever or whatever? I follow politics more than most and I wouldn't have recognized him at a moment's notice. I think if you or I showed up to an event of a protected individual and interrupted and started walking forward we would be lucky to get away with no worse than being pushed to the ground. However, I think this largely helps Padilla with the people he wants it to help him with.

Mark Davis 380 Posted Friday at 01:20 AM I also want to just point out that the Secret Service doesn't have a hockey style line shift when the party in the White House changes. The same folks who pushed Padilla out were almost assuredly securing events for the Biden Administration. So he won a popularity contest? Now he deserves special treatment and we must treat him with special respect? Why is it so hard for lefties to just treat everyone the same? Senator, janitor, teacher, Uber driver, CEO, police... These people should all be treated equally and with respect unless they give a reason not to. And if they're here illegally, they should be deported.
