That dude doesn't understand that. It's hard for him to comprehend.

Interesting.

So we have

1) People are supposed to stay home on father's day weekend.

2) Trump won so there is no reason to celebrate him anymore.

3) It was a Saturday.

What else?

Normal people with a life don't go to parades and protests and what not.  But if you want to take attendance and role with some narrative, have at it.

He doesn't understand most things that a second grader could.  He's too busy trying to be the top FF Today troll.  Guy literally can't stop tagging me in posts begging for attention when he knows I put his boring butt on ignore.

Typical of liberals on the internet. I get a bunch of them telling my they are ignoring me by responding to 80% of my posts.

I honestly don't care who is right or wrong, it's just so 5th gradish the way he posts and tries to 'gotcha' everyone he interacts with here, may have to follow suit with some other posters and just not reply to him anymore

The narrative is quite clear.  Americans are fed up with Donald Trump.  They don't support him and think he's doing a terrible job.  Supported by opinion polls and protests.

If you have him on ignore then how would you know he's still tagging you?

Because people quote him that shows he is tagging me.

I never said she was arrested @BrahmaBulls.  But you know damn well that when someone has handcuffs (or zip ties) put on their hands, the words detained and arrested are often used interchangeably, even if the legal definitions are different.

I’m sure you were expecting that if there was an arrest that it was going to be for a different charge.

I only do that when people ignore simple questions.   Unfortunately that seems to be commonplace here.

God whatever.   You guys are way too invested in this.  It means nothing, it will accomplish nothing.   Dems need to focus on upcoming elections.  Not the one that passed.  Trump is President.   Deal with it.

To a certain extent I agree with this. Protests mean little unless they translate into electoral results. On the other hand, a general rule is that large protests against an administration often DO result in a wave election next time around. That happened in 2010; the Tea Party protests led to Obama having to face a Republican majority that blocked his legislation. Which is why I made the comparison.

It might still notify you if you’re tagged?  I don’t know for sure since I don’t actually have anyone on ignore.  I just mostly choose not to respond to trolls like HT and peefoam.

There is an option to ignore tags.

@RLLD is a joke (and I actually tag him when talking sh1t).  That dude thinks the 2024 economy was the worst of the lower classes’ lifetime

I may be a joke, but I would rather be a joke than a weasely little coward such as yourself.  I need not further prove anything about the economy now....the voters did that. so by all means, continue to whine about it, like the little b!tch we now know you are.

Who donates to your liberal candidates? Mom and pop shops and poor liberals? It's funny that they think the mega corp and pharmaceutical companies who donate to liberal candidates are somehow morally superior.

Ah, protest season... the weather is nice, and college kids are out of school.  The ones who major in things like gender studies and French literature don't have internships, so they need something to do.  Thankfully, a bunch of progressive, anarchic NGOs organize and fund protests against... whatever, doesn't matter, the omnicause$#@! to keep them busy and feeling like they are contributing to society.

I expect a lot of such "organic" protests this summer.  The gubment money spigot is turning off on these NGOs, and they need to create a feeling of chaos and despair to goad caring people like Gutter to donate to their worthwhile cause.

A vote in the most recent election doesn't prove your claim about their lifetime.

The richest man in the world was part of this administrations election campaign and staff. You talk about Big Pharma and Coporations donating to Liberal candidates...how much money was/is in Trumps Cabinet and positions of prominence?

1) The protesters were predominantly college kids who major in gender studies and French Lit who need something to do because they can't get internships.

2) Protests are funded by progressive/anarchic NGOs

3) The purpose of the protests is to keep people busy

4) NGOs are ramping up their protest dollars because they are losing govt grants

5) The purpose of the protests is to grift off people like me and get them to donate to them

Let's start with these 5.

Let's start with #1.  Don't be stupid, that's not a "fact".  I was creating a fun persona of a protester.  Of course they major in other things, like white oppression studies.  Some are also retired people.  Some are 50 year old center-right code monkeys.

We good on that one?

Ok so you admit it's a tired old lie that protesters are unemployed BS major students.  It might have been funny 30 years ago but it's tired old BS now.

OK so Tired Old Lies 1, Skids Truths 0.

I thought the new thing on social media is that they’re all old white people? (Which ironically would be one of the groups to probably care the least about getting paid to protest)

Of course there were other people at all these protests, pea brain.  Don't forget Antifa!  You don't get a win for your inability to identify a fact.  Also:

It would certainly answer the “don’t they have anything better to do” question if they’re retired

So you're admitting that it's much much more than what you described yet say you were still correct and use a youtube video of one college student at a different protest as your source?
