jonnyutah 276 Posted June 25 Lmao @ serious study. Lololololol There was a study that said the BLM riots were mostly peaceful. I just saw a study that said for every 1 dollar you spend on lawyers fighting evictions you get 12 dollars back. Hahahahaha Studies and experts have lost their ability to trick people. Its fine for you to believe that of course, but based on recent history I think his action averted a repeat of liberals burning, looting and killing. And clearly their inability to achieve those outcomes this time really bothered them

Some likely were, I mean.... those who were impacted by the violence. But Democrat leadership less so. As demonstrated by their words. It might seem crazy, but this is what transpired. It might seem crazy, but this is what transpired. It did? Burning, looting and killing is what transpired? Well, yes, partially true and to a limited extent, but let's examine that claim. Yes, there was some looting, but it was restricted to a two block area in Downtown L.A. and ended when Karen Bass imposed a curfew. The burning was about a dozen vehicle fires, but no structures. And there were no killings connected with the protests.

The good people in LA deserved protection from the bad. So we are all good..... the OUTCOME was positive.

Democrats were denied their use of violence in this instance, and I marvel at their angst over not getting it this time.

Hardcore troubadour 15,316 Posted June 25 So the rioters in LA weren’t breaking up the highway and throwing the rubble at police officers forcing them to retreat under an overpass? We didn’t see that ?

We didn’t see that ? I think the premise they are hoping to sell is that by doing nothing, it would have all gradually gone away on its own. This they believe, even though we have ample evidence in the past riots that it only got worse when not dealt with.
