Agreed, and much appreciated. My daughter, wife, and I hit Broadway at least a few times a year. Yankees games too lol. We went to three playoff games this year, all losses. 

Truth is this, and all shtick dropped to say this. People here like it when other folks come. We want you to come, enjoy the city, the theater, the museums, the restaurants, the neighborhoods. And actually it does hurt when people across the country attack NYC to score political points. I hope you all come.

I grew up a half mile outside the city limits of Coleman Young's Detroit during the 70s and 80s, so I have already experienced a two-decade long front-row ticket to Mamdani's New York, something permanently seared into my memory.

What’s the worst that happens? A rent freeze and free mass transit fails in a city you don’t live in. Miami has offered free transit for years. You should write a letter to meatball Ron.

Listen for the sake of NYC and its residents I hope Mamdani is a good mayor and changes things but I don’t see him being successful. On a national stage I couldn’t imagine him being elected. People are sick of old lifetime politicians like Cuomo
