Several SCOTUS decisions coming out today.....

Recommended Posts

It’s common sense that these Federal District judges should have zero authority over Father Trump.  They are a threat to democracy and have put us in a Constitutional Crisis.

Liberals don't know what the constitution is. They do know how to seek power though.

I see the typical far left cultists haven’t changed during my absence. Didn’t expect them to. But I KNOW they’re crying now cause it’s one loss after another for them  The fact that these lower courts really thought they’d be able to politically stop trumps actions forever without consequences was hilarious.

What’s funny is these liberals were literally telling us veterans & active duty military “remember your oath!” When they were rioting without actually knowing what our oath was  Then when we said “foreign & DOMESTIC” they’d get silent

They block out their rioting violence. Even though it lasts for years. They think, out of mind out of reality.

And their only oath, is to the liberal collective. We who know, hush them a lot. But they always come back for more for some reason.

Clarence Thomas was picked because of his color. He also happens to be qualified and intelligent. And he overcame a lot. KJB has had it great since birth. Pushed along for only one reason.

He's also corrupt and crooked as a dog's hind leg. If any of the liberal justices had his track record of accepting "gifts" and refusal to recuse himself from cases in which he has a personal interest you'd be using the same racist tropes against him as you do against Jackson. Get yourself right, pud.

It’s not even a question about which side is more violent anymore. It’s CLEARLY them. Now there are some good ones on their side that will actually defend the cops & prevent them from trying to injure/kill the cops. There’s good ones on that side & they need to be protected. But VAST majority of them are not only crazy but literally admit to taking some type of anxiety/psych medication. We can see why they need it & why majority of them are on it

And that DEI dope Jackson actually asked why don’t the parents just send their kids to a different school. What an elitist twat.

It was great seeing her get run tf over for being such a brainless judge. Typical of the left. Find a moron who will always rule extreme left for a position they couldn't do competently if they gave it their all.

Well sir I would argue that your defense of the ugly and racist term “DEI hire” is the focked up part, but hey that’s just me.

You are racist and a bigot. It's always the ones who think they are above the fray that are the most guilty.

Jackson doesn't know what a woman is. Every single supreme court justice should know what a woman is. This isn't the McDonald's drive through. Amazing that liberals need their hands held so gingerly.

Stop tax payers from paying for transgender surgeries. Another thing that shouldn't be celebrated because it's just common sense.

Hello. Dont recognize you but you’re sure are spouting a whole bunch of nonsense, especially in light of Jan 6, 2021, and Trump’s subsequent pardoning of people who are responsible for the deaths of policemen.

Today appears to have been a terrible day for justice. But that’s OK. Eventually it will all be overturned. Birthright citizenship is not going away whatever that moron Trump thinks.

In the meantime I just sent more money to the ACLU. They are fighting the good fight against these folks.

None. I read a summary of the main one and part of Jackson’s descent, and I listened to an ACLU lawyer on the radio. That’s when I decided to send them more money. Hey you can do the same! Google them it’s easy to send them money. It will make you feel better about yourself and the shame you must no doubt feel for your votes in the past.

No we went over this. Jan 6th wasn't an insurrection. The people involved were doing their patriot duty to protect this country those that would steal a presidential election.

Sure. Patriotic duty that included defecating on the desks of Congresspeople and brutally attacking police officers which caused some of them to die.

Of course she does, don't be silly.

IIRC they were trying to get her with a gotcha, yes or no question, in which the answer was too nuanced to just say "yes" on "no" without it being misleading. She woudn't play their games.

She couldn't play the game, because she would have to admit that guys who cut their dikks off aren't women.

You deliberately conflate causation and correlation.  The Grateful Dead performance at Woodstock did not cause two babies to born during the festifval, it just so happened that they were born then.  Reading your post about defecation is not causing me to go take a sh1t, its just a coincidence...... or is it?

Well as to your last question I couldn’t say. But I dispute your claim that there was no causation.

I think the most impactful ruling for many will be the limitations on the universal injunction.  This was the primary weapon being used by Democrats through their activist judges....taking away lawfare in this manner might seem great on its face.....but then what?   We have already witnessed the depravities of the left in their willingness to implement violence.  This ruling leaves them only their violent inclinations as a weapon.

I submit we could see an increase in rioting....requiring the President to bring military resources to bear in greater amounts.  This could spiral....JMHO

The Supremes, at least two of them, have warned that district court judges ought not to abuse class certifications to get around this ruling.  They anticipate some district judgeds will cavalierly certify large classes of plaintiffs so that in effect their injunctions will remain just as sweeping.  That being dicta only, and not the holding in the case I anticipate some district court judges will ignore the caution and the direction and will in fact do so.  The lawfare here is not dead yet, just critically wounded.

Your use of the term “DEI Justice” to describe Jackson is racist. You deserve to be called out for this every time you do it. It’s ugly and stupid.

Exactly.  He never made pretense that he was going to pick the person with the best qualifications.  He may have within the construct of only looking at black females.  Maybe one day we can just hire people based on merit.  I feel the same about immigration.  We can make it merit based.  That doesn't mean we don't need some percentage of folks willing to do "those jobs that others aren't".  But we need to revamp that whole system.
