Feel Good Deportation Stories

Recommended Posts

Immigration agents detained the co-owner of three restaurants in Lackawanna County’s North Pocono region last week, family members said Monday.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested Nasario Damian (Contreras), 45, a native of Mexico, on Tuesday outside Isabella’s Eatery in Jefferson Twp., his son, Erik Arceno, said.

Arceno, 22, said he got a call that day informing him of the arrest and rushed to Isabella’s.

“When I got there, I was looking for him. He wasn't in there, and one of the waitresses came out and told me what had happened,” Arceno said. “So, he was coming in to open the restaurant, and he was preparing the stuff like normal, like a regular day, and he went out to grab some soup. He exited the restaurant, and that's when they detained him and handcuffed him.”

Meanwhile in Alaska:

According to the U.S. Attorney’s office, Francisco Rodriguez-Rincon, 47, remains in federal custody at ICE’s Northwest Facility in Tacoma, Washington.

According to court documents, Rodriguez-Rincon, a Mexican citizen, whose state license records show owns Soldotna’s Senor Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant and Sol-Agave Mexico! — was deported from the United States in 1995.

Federal prosecutors say in February 2025, immigration officers discovered he illegally re-entered the country and was in Alaska and — separately, discovered in January 2023 — he falsely claimed to be a U.S. citizen to obtain an Alaska driver’s license.

Multiple cases of ICE arresting and detaining people who are appearing for their immigration court hearings have been confirmed by community members, advocates and the press. These appear to be people who ICE has on a list and are specifically seeking to target. In the immigration hearings for people being targeted, ICE lawyers are asking the judge to “dismiss” the cases, meaning they want to drop the legal case against the person. Afterwards, ICE appears to be on standby ready to detain them.

Where are people being arrested? In and around immigration courthouses where immigration hearings are held, including in elevators and lobbies while exiting the building. In NYC the immigration courts include 26 Federal Plaza, 201 Varick St and 290 Broadway. This has also been occurring in other places around the country, including the Buffalo Immigration Court in Buffalo, NY.

All deportation stories are "feel good", so no need to specify it.

That's true, but some stories just feel even better. I'm seeing less and less Pedros running wild. It makes me happy 😊

I know a young guy that married his girl recently attempting to avoid having her deported, and another young lady that is going to marry her boyfriend for the same reason. I’d assume this is happening a lot.

That's not going to have the affect they think it will.

You should tell her to google fellow TDS moron Jimmy Kimmel.  I remember watching a video of him trying to convince 6(?) conservatives that the US should allow/grant citizenship to illegals, by using a guy in the military (clearly virtue signaling), who's "girlfriend", was having his baby, but at risk of being deported.  One person asked if he married her, wouldn't that fix his problem.  He said something to the effect of "No, it only allows for a path to get a green card, not citizenship".  The guy replied with something like "Well, if you're not willing to commit to her, why should we?"  🤣  They quickly moved off of that guy and went to someone else.  🤣🤣🤣🤣  The kicker was that the guy wasn't even white!  So they couldn't call him racist!  🤣

But, the point was made in there that marrying the person doesn't solve the issue.

  • Thanks 1
