This is one of your dumbest posts yet.  First of all I would assume any razor wire in use is to prevent the stealing and looting of aid, as the U.N. acknowledges is happening to 90% of their aid.  But beyond that, your own tweet says the guidelines are NON BINDING.  So you are whining about the U.S. providing aid to people in need because the U.N. won't and in order to ensure that aid gets provided is violating non binding guidelines?  For aid they are not even obligated to provide?  You're nucking futz.

I didn’t say whether or not it was dumb, nor whether or not it was binding.  Simply that it violated the Geneva convention.

Not just that. The modern state of Israel is based on the United Nations resolution of 1948 which was known as “partition” because the West Bank was supposed to go to a state of Palestine.
