The Real timschochet 6,861 Posted Saturday at 11:20 PM You’re not gay. But I question your taste. “Faith” is a good song. The rest of his stuff is…not so good. But I like ABBA so maybe I’m gay.

BiPolarBear 486 Posted 21 hours ago If you can sing so well that Queen taps you to fill in for Freddie at a HUGE world event, I don't care about your sexuality, kind of like I didn't spend a lot of time worrying about Mr. Mercury's.

TheNewGirl 1,500 Posted 5 hours ago The Wham! documentary that Andrew Ridgley did was really good. Always a George Michael fan, he had great hair in the 80s. As a red haired curly girl, I wanted hair like his SOOOO bad.

As a red haired curly girl, I wanted hair like his SOOOO bad. Andrew Ridgeley is usually dismissed as "that other guy" in Wham but without him George Michael would not have been the George Michael we came to know. Ridgeley took Michael under his wing at the urging of his mother, who was a school teacher at Bushey Meads School that they both attended, where Michael was a new student (and reportedly was shy, overweight and had acne). It was Ridgeley's who developed/shaped Michael's stage persona and it was his idea for the duo to move from the "teen angst" themes of their first album to post disco dance pop and the rest (as they say) was history.
