ANOTHER case of ICE not giving due process

Yes, I seen a Man inciting federal officials, obstructing then resisting arrest.

What do you think would have happened if he simply listened and got out of the way?

Thanks. Hold on a tick, you said he reached for his firearm. Here you can see the moment the man is disarmed.

So in the video you just saw what timestamp do you see the man reach for his firearm?

The conservative stance is the 2nd Amendment grants the man the right to own the gun & to carry the gun. He is on the ground, the gun is holstered, the man is kicked & shatkicked, the firearm is taken from him, he gets up, & the Customs & Border Patrol agent unloads his weapon into him at point blank.

So again at what timestamp does he reach for his firearm?

Not following federal officer instructions, especially if it involves resisting, obstructing, or interfering with their duties, is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 111 and related statutes. Such actions can lead to fines and imprisonment, with penalties escalating to 8 years or more if physical contact or dangerous weapons are involved.

I asked you for the timestamp where he reached for his firearm - well?

He was resisting from the start, with a loaded Firearm. That's the timeline

And why didn't he just obey Federal Officers and get out of the way? He'd still be alive.

Didn't he put himself in that position? Well??

For point of reference, a couple weeks ago I went to a deceased friend’s funeral. Afterwards I stopped by a memorial for all the deceased cops in all the state’s parishes, going back to Capt. David Hennessey roughly 1895. They even have a memorial for K-9s. I respect law enforcement.

Ok so obviously you can’t provide a timestamp because there is none, the man never raised his firearm & in fact he was disarmed.

To answer your question the reason was probably fear because as you can see in the video he was being curb stomped and people in that city had just seen a woman shot on live video.

I don’t think he put himself in a position to be legally arrested, no. Yes he put himself in a position for the agents to do something lethal to him by running away. - Check out the first post in this thread if you want another example of that.

But that’s not what we’re talking about here. We’re talking about due process (see thread title) and what is unconstitutional. And the way this administration is asking you to look at this situation is that if an American resists federal authority that person can be killed for that refusal to comply. To me ***that is pure authoritarianism. Call it Congo or Cambodia or Cuba or China, whatever, but it’s not the American way.

I've heard enough of your Liberal rhetoric to know that's not true at all. All you do is spew anti-law enforcement garbage.

You're full of shitt.

Cops don’t do what we saw today, neither do FBI, ATF or DEA.

Exactly.  People keep putting themselves in harm's way for no reason.  A bystander said people were throwing objects at the federal officers.

You don't carry 30 rounds of ammo for self defense. Nobody does.

What was his intent?

@SaintsInDome2006

I’m willing to await the FBI or MSP PD report, who knows, maybe they’ll turn up a manifesto or some weird religious belief system. I haven’t been following the news since a couple hours ago.

But I think you’re still missing the point. It’s about individual rights. This country has turned the page on the 2nd Amendment. He had the right to have that gun, he had a right to have those mags, he had the right to walk on a street with them & to attend a protest. The USSC has put the 2A on the same plane as the 1st Amendment. The WH was just *this week discussing dropping a whole range of gun regulations. Unless this guy pulled, brandished or reached - and he didn’t - the cops had no right to stop him for carrying (& I doubt that’s why they stopped him). But maga wanted this rubric, banged the table for it.

That’s what Kyle Rittenhouse had too.  Nice self own, clown.

Why did Alex Pretti get on the back of the female protester?

Could have something to do with him having just been pepper sprayed in the face

But you said people don’t carry 30 rounds of ammo for self defense.  Thanks for confirming you think Kyle Rittenhouse wasn’t there for self defense

They are confiscating phones of people who are filming them. They are also using facial recognition apps to make a list of people who film them.

They are determined to violate EVERY amendment in the bill of rights. They’re already regularly violating the 4th, 5th, and 6th. Today they excused killing a guy based on him exercising his 2nd amendment right. And now they are trashing the first amendment.

Good job MAGA. You successfully destroyed the constitution of this country.

That is wonderful. Libs are filming, doxing and giving out agents personal information.

It's time we go after these people.

Citizens are entitled to know the names of federal agents who we are paying with our taxes. Police have badge numbers, maybe you aren’t aware of that?

The GOVERNMENT is not supposed to be spying on its own citizens. Do you not see the difference? If a liberal president was using facial recognition to ID all people openly carrying guns so they could come take their guns away… I am pretty sure you’d be the first one to spot THAT difference.

Also, if you recall: it was Crusty Gnome who doxxed her own guy in the case of Jonathan Ross.

Multiple reports coming out of ice building a domestic terrorist database of protesters utilizing Palantir tech, the same tech they used to track illegals.

I'm sure maga will approve of the govt tracking its own citizens exercising their free speech.
