if they are smart enough to get into school sure, thats what financial aid, grants and scholarships is for, that is completely unrelated to this issue

These conservatives will complain about illegals, scream about illegals crossing the Mexican boarder, praise ICE and their terror tactics, proudly support the president when earlier this year he revoked all the legal foreign student’s visas, but guess what this one does? He hires them! Just like Trump! They all do it! As long as it’s profit for them, it’s okay. This is all about getting techies over here that they can abuse and not pay well to work in AI corporations. Elon wanted this and now it’s being done. It was once lucrative to go into the tech world, watch how the salaries slide down to regular teacher’s wages.

If I read that link correctly, this would more than double the number of Chinese students in our colleges. As such, I completely disagree with it.  So what if half the colleges shutter up?  They built this house of cards, and the government has helped them with actions like this. T

his action seems like a move from teaching kids that America sucks, Israel is evil and Hamas is just misunderstood, to America sucks, Israel is evil, and the Chinese Communist Party is just misunderstood.

It seems that the Chinese have figured out how to get what they want from Trump:  make it seem like he's winning a deal.  China is more than happy to pay full price to get their kids the best education, network with their American peers, and come back home.  Why is that, Donald?
