Yes. My son is bartending tonight and going out after. He’ll probably barely be awake for Thanksgiving- it’s actually his first Thanksgiving off in 10 years so he better be awake.

Drove by a couple spots on my way to pick up onions (living it up!). Places were packed. Great to see. Those college days returning home on this weekend were fantastic.

Yes, my buddy is a state trooper and said night before thanksgiving there are more drunk drivers on the road than any day during the year, including New Years eve.  By 6pm last night every bar around here was already jammed!

Thanksgiving Eve was always a great time back in the day. Everybody was back home and we'd shut down the Mission Bell Tavern.

It wasn't that big of a thing back in my day, but I guess it's a big deal now among the late teens/early 20s crowd. 

My 28 year old daughter bartends, and she was complaining today at Thanksgiving dinner that last night she was called "Ma'am" twice.

Price surging. Every once in a while I’ll take an uber to the train for work and it’s anywhere from $8-$10. Recently it was pouring rain and same trip was $35. Same time of day same distance just fact it was raining. I booked it and son unexpectedly pulled up to house - canceled uber and he drove me. Was $6 cancelation fee - was well worth it.

Wendy's restaurant was either contemplating, or tried something similar for a brief time. (Higher prices during peak hours)

I know they dropped it shortly thereafter. Good for the consumer's if they said FU & numbers dropped during those hours. 

Wendy's stock is currently trading at 10 year lows.

Oh, I remember that. Their prices did fluctuate based on time of day. Not a good idea for the food industry.
