This would be my current leading theory for why he chose that room at Brown.  He may have thought it was supposed to be a physics final.  He wasn’t antifa, he was antiphysics.

There was no shout of “‘God Is Great” in Arabic, the killer didn’t target that poor Cook girl (or Umurzokov), he wasn’t after the Brown professor (my idea), there wasn’t a murderous Brown TA, he wasn’t Islamist or an Iranian assassin (another idea of mine), he wasn’t a Palestinian ‘River to Sea’ extremist, Brown & the PRI PD & FBI weren’t covering up evidence for PC reasons. None of it was correct.

 

It’s all sad and tragic. We don’t know the motive yet. The shooting of the classroom was basically a standard US mass murder plot, the kids were all trapped in a staired classroom with only one exit going uphill. He wanted to kill them all - but by the grace of god his gun jammed. And he knew the MIT professor from long ago. He was on a rampage built on resentment, our policies maximized his access to weapons, and we have seen that frequently in America now, this is what we’ve become known for globally. This is who we are.
