Yes there was a line of cars passing around, including LE, she was in that line.

1 & 2 don't matter, at all, no significance and a waste of typing. ICE agents have jurisdiction regardless. 

A citizen doesn't get to "wave LEO" while they are performing their duty. It's absurd I even have to type this.

She was clearly attempting to impede ICE, I doubt any of this makes it to a jury because of how obvious this situation is.

This is preposterous. I see it all the time in my city. Police cars are everywhere. But besides that, she waved 2 cars forward - and they proceed ahead of her. You’ve seen that right? She’s not a burglar, or shooter, or thief, this was not an active crime scene, this was a big mess of people.

He’ll get a shot to dismiss on qualified immunity.

Who knows about the charge, maybe manslaughter, maybe negligent homicide. That depends on the investigation.

The fact that they impeded medical treatment & did not cooperate with PD will be aggravating.

I don’t blame people for having their POV. But this wasn’t a cop, first of all. A cop would have never done this.
