Woman shot in the face during 'ICE-related shooting' in Minneapolis

Well that’s a pretty piss poor job of blocking traffic by leaving half of the road open.

Remember Horseman is the guy who said if someone knocks on your door- even a solicitor- you have to open your door. There's no other choice.

So even when he is sitting by himself somewhere he isn't the smartest person in the room.

Lol.  And that Bill Gates was “indicated” in the Netherlands.  And fell for a fake social media profile of the Winder Georgia shooter.  Etc etc

I wonder what the news coverage would have been if an illegal had killed this woman? Nothing from the MSM for sure. The rest of you liberals wouldn’t have said shitt about this mother of three. And you know it. Stop pretending like you care about her. Thanks.

Comparing media coverage of a woman being killed. One gets plenty the other gets none.  You’re good with that.

I'm not sure if it is though.

It's just typical discussion along party lines. They don't want to acknowledge that Trump or his team may have had anything to do with this. It only has to be the woman in the car's fault. And- most of the people in the middle or on the left have acknowledged that the woman was attempting to block traffic (even if she was doing a piss poor job of it). And most have given her some portion of blame in this. But outside of that there are avenues to criticize the response of the ICE team but they won't do that because in their mind it reflects back on Trump and they can't have even a small semblance of negative towards Trump.

Hell even the person who pretends to have been a cop at one point can't even turn off the Trump stuff to have a real conversation when people were asking about the procedure of how the cop would approach the car from behind, and then walk in front of it and everything....because god forbid maybe the person wasn't trained the right way.

I don’t believe NPR actually said she was “sitting in her car,” just another lie from that poster.  But if he has a link I’d be happy to admit I’m wrong.

@Engorgeous George....question for you as IIRC you are a lawyer/have a law background.

So hypothetically say this will go to a trial of some kind (I doubt it will but who knows)....outside of any of the previous legal issues- how does what JD Vance said in his press conference yesterday complicate matters? As a recap he basically said the ICE agent had been hit and drug by a car before requiring 33 stitches so "You think maybe he’s a little bit sensitive about somebody ramming him with an automobile?"

Wouldn't that just open another door for a prosecutor to attack the ICE agent and the whole process? Because now you are going to call into question the process of putting officers back into the field and allow criticism of timelines of reactions to trauma and all that.

So I guess- do you think by opening up more doors (potentially) does it ultimately weaken or strengthen any case that can be brought?

Still frames…the cornerstone of decisiveness in a justified shooting.  How do we know when he took his first shot from this?

There is a video.  You can see and hear the shot, and then isolate the frame.

So the still shots are useless and seeks to frame the situation in certain way without context.  Thanks for the breaking news.   And you posted a tweet where it says “as you can see”, like it’s definitive that he was NOT in front of the car based on the pics.  Laughable

Let’s double the ICE workforce and deploy them into US cities with less than a year of training and “absolute immunity” to carry out an aggressive new deportation strategy, under the direction of Kristi Noem, who has zero law enforcement experience.

What could go wrong? 🤡 🤦‍♂️

TBF- I'd imagine in a court case a lawyer would show the video and then show isolated still frames..So ultimately it will get to still frames

Actually that's exactly what it is.  Any normal honest person looking at that first photo can clearly see that he's not standing in front of the car.

The problem is we're not dealing with normal honest people.

Test time, is he standing in front of the car when he fires the first shot?

The average police officer will spend around 21 weeks in training, although in some academies (such as the Virginia, New Jersey and Massachusetts State Police) it can last for over six months.

Your tweet literally says (except he left out word the word “see”) “As you can see the ICE agent was NOT in front of the car when he fired the three shots. Not even the first shot.” the pics are laughable to support that assertion.

You mean exactly like if someone is holding a gun and is perceived to be a threat?

That's what I said earlier but the midget attourney superhero said I was wrong.

Yeah, these guys think cops should have to wait until they're shot at before eliminating the threat.

It doesn't work that way.

You’re right, still frames will be presented.  But if a prosecutor throws up these pics and uses only them to definitely state fact, they will get destroyed.

Just stop bro.  I’m telling u the tweet you posted sucks as definitive evidential value.  And now our digging in with it.  Let me guess, you will use the 3rd pic to say she was steering away from him. Laughable.
