I have not been following the trial but I am going to wager "guilty." It's very hard to get off on insanity these days and there's no way the jury will want to excuse what this guy did

For real. Lets say he was crazy, you really want him spending a few months in some psych ward then going back on the streets? Has any crazy person actually killed people before? this was so obviously meticulously thought out and planned, its like people cant fathom this kind of evil cant really exist so he must be crazy. How does his lawyer look at himself in the mirror?

OMFG they have been rambling on and on for what feels like hours now listing every charge even tho its the same verdict for all of them! He has to stand up too. If I were him id interupt and just say hey can we move this along I dont have all day! Or id just make a run for it right there in the courtroom, why not? What do i have to lose?

That have mental wards for those who are crazy in state penitentiaries. They can handle the extreme violent offenders better than state psch hospitals can. They are segregated and usually are not put into general population.

 

State psch hospitals deal with those that are truly incapable of understanding logic and reasoning and need medication and a battery if doctors. There are exceptions. But state prisons deal with the most violent offenders better that are fawked in the head better.

So you just want him in a comfy hospital? To get 'help'? lol Every murderer is insane. Something isn't wired right. Even if it's just for a moment. Insanity is the biggest bullsh1t, copout defense there is. If you're that "insane", you have no use to society. Off to prison you go. Or better off, death.
