I have literally never come into contact with anti Christmas SJWs. I have opted to wish someone a Hapoy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas if it seems likely they aren't Christian? I work with a lot of people of Asian and Middle Eastern decent. I always thought that was just being not an . Now I realize how oppressed I have been all along.

I work directly with 4 Muslims. We're all members of the same development team. They all wish me Merry Christmas. Just like I wish them a Happy Ramadan/Eid al-Fitr. Some of the nicest dudes I've ever worked with. They've pretty much fed me lunch for 5 years straight.

So at lunch today I sat down next to Ahmed and Sanjay and after a few minutes of small talk said, "So ... do you guys love the Christmas season as much as I do?"

 

They both said yes, they enjoy it very much. But I could tell there was something off, so I decided to press further:

 

"Are either of you guys planning to buy a Christmas tree this weekend?"

 

Both said no, they don't do that. By now they were looking at me strangely.

 

A few minutes later I asked, "Well, you have children ... right? Don't you buy Christmas presents to put beneath your Christmas tree so they have something to open on Christmas morning?"

 

They both got very silent. Finally Ahmed said "No MDC, we are not going to buy Christmas presents or a Christmas tree because we are Muslim."
