An "incident report" was filed with the Newport KY police for manacing and harassment of a parking lot attendant. He left the scene before the police arrived so he DID NOT get arrested (yet). Charges have not been filed. These are misdemeanors in KY and could affect his probation.

 

The station keeps saying they'll post a link, but it hasn't come up yet.

Newport Police were called to the parking garage of Newport on the Levee Tuesday night, on reports of a pair of disorderly customers. Investigators say Chris Henry and another man, Desious Dyneal Alston fought with a valet parking attendant after they tried to park their car without paying. An argument allegedly ensued, with Henry reportedly saying "don't you know who I am." Levee Security was called, but the pair left. The report says both Henry and Alston were banned from the Levee and were asked to leave. No one has been arrested.

He was reinstated by the NFL and will play Sunday. He was not arrested and this is all based on heresay by a parking attendant.

Newport Police Incident Report indicates the alleged incident took place Tuesday night (6:53pm) in Newport involving, "menancing" and "harassment" charges.

Henry and a friend were allegedly invovled in an incident at Newport on the Levee with a valet parking attendant....after Henry parked the car and left without paying. As attendant approached Henry, he became loud and started arguing over parking.

The parking attendant states Henry went chest to chest with him....saying...."F-you....F-this....don't you know who I am?". The parking attendant states Henry then threw a five dollar bill onto the ground and said, "You better pick that up ######".

After attendant stated he was calling the police, both suspects fled in their vehicle across the Taylor Suspension Bridge into Cincinnati.

Both suspects later returned to Newport On The Levee.

Henry and suspect two were banned from Newport on the Levee by security and asked to leave.

Complaintant located officers a few minutes later stating both suspects walked past him on the way to the elevator and stated to him, "F--- you, you better hope I don't see you again."

On another note - the guy ripping people for picking up Henry is a complete focking moron. You pick up a player you think will have upside. If they end up doing something dumb and impacting that possible upside, it is not a reflection on those who added that player - only on that player.

I actually drafted Henry as a potential 2nd half boom...if he turns out to be a bust, meh - it was a 17th round pick in a league with 20 man rosters. I am still a genius because I am 6-3 and tied for 1st place. So there.

Henry had recently been reinstated after an eight-game suspension for violating the NFL's conduct policies. Since 2005, Henry has been charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, driving without a license and without insurance, providing alcohol to minors, carrying a concealed weapon, and aggravated assault with a firearm.
