Last night Nikki Haley complained about trans athletes and said “no wonder so many of our young girls commit suicide.” There are probably less than 100 trans athletes in the United States.

If the argument is that trans clinics are duping kids into thinking they are trans so they can cut their d's off (lol, sorry), then how is it a stretch to say that cancer clinics can dupe patients into their cancer spreading and undergoing expensive treatments, right? In fact we've seen this type of fraud before in the medical community, unfortunately. The solution is not to outlaw the clinic, but rather regulate them and eliminate the fraud and abuse.

Sorry but the cancer clinic is a terrible analogy. We have the science to establish its existence and best-known medical practices. It would be like if we had no diagnostic abilities, and somebody came in and said "gee doc, I think I saw some blood in my stool," and the doc said "could be colon cancer, let's start a chemo regimen! Regarding number of clinics, we seemed to do OK with zero about 15 years ago. This is not to say there were no resources available to trans people, but rather no dedicated clinics solely to trans.

They are in a tough spot on this one. They know that in the grievance heirarchy the trans people are now at the top, and there is just too much risk in standing up for women. Plus, they have been pretending for years that women are somehow "held back", when in fact they are among the most entitled people on the planet ; but I digress. I mean, sometimes there is a direct link to their politics and violence. My point was that if you look at mass shooters in general, none of this applies because it's mostly inner city and domestic shootings widely applied. School/mall/church shooters take on a much different profile, and when you look at those specifically there is no common link like D/R, trans, etc.. The common traits are what I talked about and where we should start if we want to address it.

It would make sense. Common traits for these types of shooters: domestic abuse, suicidal, attachment to the location, recent mental health crisis, access to guns. Things that aren't a common connection but people obsess about anyway: vote R or D, trans, what religion they are, etc.

Also to add 1) Lots of people don't like transgenders, and gays, so if they can paint transgenders as being evil, they can eradicate them. A real easy way to make people scared is to say they are coming after your kids. People will immediately be against trans and gays if they are trying to abuse your kids. 2) They are trying to win an election. We've seen the right paint the left as the trans party, the pedo party, so that's another easy way to gain support. Hey vote for me, because the other guy is trying to rape your kid. Yeah, I call bs on this, especially in context of this board. Sorry, you can't say it's about "mental health" when you treat them and talk about them differently than other people who struggle with issues of mental health. You can't complain about lack of empathy and inability to help them when you don't know basic stats, offer any solutions on how to address mental health, and go along with the trope that they are violent as a people. I see the posts around here and think it's 100% about trans people and a dislike of them, or at the very least a hatred for the people who support them 100%. I see it as just another group of people the tribes are happy to argue about, take too extreme of positions on, and ultimately don't end up helping them in the long run.
