The Uvalde shooter wasn't trans.

No thanks, I'm not dancing for you anymore. You can google and dig through articles if you like. BTW, the Loudoun rapist only wore the skirt for one of the rapes, which I presume was after the policy change. Regardless, it is faulty logic to predict the future using past results, when there has been a significant change to the underlying system. It is entirely reasonable to expect an increase in rapists to dress as women as we normalize such behavior; to think it's not only unlikely but impossible challenges intelligence. It's similar to the Left quoting stats that trans people who go through medical transitions are generally happier. Well yeah, because up to now we were quite thorough in evaluating folks with gender dysphoria. Now we have ACOG saying any doctor from any specialty can prescribe them, presumably to anyone who says they feel trans, since those doctors are in no way qualified to make an informed diagnosis. Let's see how the data comes out in 5, 10, or more years, after the effects of medically addressing our social contagion present themselves. In the end, my primary concern is not that we will have a rash of restroom rapes. It's that we are eroding women's spaces: restrooms, spas, even prisons. And yet we can't even discuss the possible impacts, because the Left leaps to the transphobe card.

You post on message boards as a trans man that always knew he was a woman. FACT.
-
Wait a minute. I get it now, you've come in to defend your alias. Rusty posting as trans man. Rusty and Gutterboy come out on the same day! Congradulations fagggot!

Have you seen the level of effort your f-ing pervert buddies have gone to putting your radical gender idealogy into textbooks, into libraries, tranny shows for kids where trannies expose and grind into children, trannies reading to kids, teachers surveying young to see if they are trans or if they can manipulate them into being one, months dedicated to celebrating butt sex, children TV shows and movies sneaking in tranny themes into them. Get your f-ing tranny pedophiles and your castrating quack doctors away from other people's children. Stop grooming and celebrating pedophiles and we will stop exposing your pedo-loving arse.

bro thinks a quote by the pope means the chuch accepts gays, trans, gay marriage, beastiality, anything! They accept anything!

Sorry but @Blue Horseshoe is right, this argument is dumb. By this argument we shouldn't have laws against rape, because rapists still rape. Hell, let's throw out all laws, because people still break them. I'm not particularly advocating the following, but a law or policy against trans women in the women's room would encourage the psycho rapists to seek other opportunities, because people would feel empowered to report a suspicious looking dood instead of risk being ostracized for being a transphobe$#@! Funny, this whole sidetrack started when I agreed with one of the OP articles that true trannies aren't my concern in restrooms, and you mooks are arguing with me about it.

That's great but it's happened, no? I can post a hundred real articles of Men in wigs perving out in Woman's bathrooms. One just got his ass beat in Charlotte for pulling out his junk and getting himself off. Don't act like it doesn't open a window for creeps (not necessarily Trans people). I don't feel comfortable with men in wigs using the same bathroom as my wife and daughter, neither do they. Are you ok with men using the same stall as your daughter?
-
Becoming the “bathroom police” creates far more unintended consequences. Trans people used the bathroom for many many years and nobody noticed or cared. But now we need to prevent it! And what has happened? We had a butch-looking woman (born female) get the cops called on her for being in the ladies’ room. Male cops then entered the ladies’ room and removed her. Somebody who fully transitioned going into the bathroom of their birth gender is far more likely to get negative attention, because a man in a suit walking into the ladies’ room is gonna freak people out. But instead of looking at reality, let’s make up a bunch of crazy rape fantasies. Then pass laws based on that. Thanks, GOP.

This is the main problem and there is a movement to make the trans ideology "cool" and it's being pushed on impressionable kids (sometimes without parental knowledge). This is leading to more documented gender confusion and mental health issues.
-
No, and I wouldn't take my kids to something like that, either. Nor would I participate in such a thing. But I'd be quick to correct anyone whom my children can hear talking about how trans people are pedophiles. And if they hear other kids in school talking in such a way because that's what they hear at home, I'll take it up with the principal and all the way up to the school board, if necessary.
-
This is exactly the kind of mindset that - when subjected to a child - leads to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and other mental issues in trans adults. To label transgender people as pedophiles is nonsense. A vast majority of sexually abused children know their abuser, and a vast majority of those abusers are men. I spent a lot of my childhood hearing adults and children with your mindset spouting hatred about those in the LGBTQ community, and you wonder why someone who grows up with this suffers mental illness in adulthood. Education is the key, but I'm not a fan of so many of the ways the trans community shoves it down the public's collective throat. I prefer politics and positions of power to advance that education and dispell so many of the hateful myths that people such as yourself propagate.

GutterBoy Alleges That: "There Is No Logic Coming From Jordan Peterson" (Let's Explore That)

You know when say that men can become women by saying that they women or vice versa, you're, making it and about language not about reality? ...This is a perfect storm thing, but we witnessing a social contagion and that social contagion is carrying what I increasingly think of as an need a new religion and their religion and wouldn't be able to spread without social media and not because social media is now in everybody's pockets, but because the specifics about social media in particular.... ....Women are also more sexually vulnerable than men because they bear the burden of of pregnancy and childbirth, and then also when this is worth thinking about. As far as I can tell you is that no reason to assume that women's nervous systems are adapted to make women comfortable. They might be adapted to make women hypersensitive to the sensitivity. The infants and that'll make women more tuned to invite the dangers and the cost of that is that women suffer more emotionally. So you could, you can imagine, the female nervous system might be optimally tuned for the mother.... all of those factors tend to make women experience more negative emotion than men and then that girls run into that young when they hit puberty, then their casting about for an explanation for that misery. And if that's provided for them to them by the context....emotional contagion.... and social contagion. Anything that's associated with explanation for this. negative emotion or any way out of it. This has always been my concern; the unintended consequences that the Left never seems to consider. I've never thought that a true trans person is using the other restroom to cause trouble. It's the psychos who want to attack women and children who take advantage of such normalization. A serial rapist finds his inner tranny so they send him to a women's prison, don't dare question it, what could go wrong?

In the end, the decision of what to do with kids needs to rest with parents, unless you want it to rest with either the kids themselves or the state. So part of the solution is getting them accurate information. Other parts include severely limiting medical interventions (i.e., the options available to those parents) except in the most extreme of cases, and significantly reducing the social positives our youth culture places on declaring yourself trans.

DOD memo leak: "Trans" service members can skip deployments, receive indefinite fitness waivers
BuckSwope replied to naomi's topic in The Geek Club
You can f0ck off with that. Never once will I disparage the military or vets. I don't know why it's so hard for you to understand that I largely agree with you guys on the trans issue. Not true, I have good guesses. What I was laughing was twofold: the "allegedly" and the dumb idea that all those voters also also agree with this crap that dipsh1ts like you eat up. -
If I were Ukrainian, my gay trans ass would be right there on the front line. I hate to see what's going on over there. Nations should not be invading other nations. Greed and power is all this is.

Heck, aren’t you the guy that keeps saying kids are being nurtured to be trans? Don’t you think normalizing being trans by putting them in advertisements for women’s products will further that supposed trend?
-
The same reason someone without kids gives a fock about trans people in locker rooms or girls/womens sports. Because they want to stand up for what they think is right in order to defend real women and protect them from being replaced. For example, here’s one of our resident white knights who seems very concerned with this particular aspect of transgenderism, posting about it in multiple different threads: So, I’m surprised someone like the idiot above wouldn’t be more concerned with Maybelline. Especially now that they not only partnered with Mulvaney at the same time Bud Light did, but didn’t “heed the warning” from the Bud Light boycott and have now also partnered with a bearded person. But it actually seems like some of the usual suspects (Libs of Tiktok, Ben Shapiro, etc) are picking this up so maybe in a few days the people in here saying “who gives a fock about Maybelline” might actually start giving a fock about Maybelline once they’ve been given their marching orders.

On the topic of trans, I think the liberals are crazy. That doesn't mean I don't find some of the reactions crazy too.

But is it women actually doing most of the complaining in those situations Baker Boy mentions? I’d bet not, even if you want to claim the reason is they’re against it but they just don’t speak out because they don’t want to be labeled anti-trans. Which is exactly why I would think we would have seen more men complaining about Maybelline, if Mulvaney promoting a brand is such a big issue. The “erasing women” argument is that by hiring Mulvaney they could have hired a real woman instead. If your argument is that “well they can also hire a woman,” then now you’re getting it. Because that’s exactly why some of us find the backlash against Bud Light odd, because literally all Mulvaney did was make an Instagram post and they sent some cans including one with a face on it. It’s not like Bud Light invested millions marketing to trannies and got rid of all the rest of their marketing. And again Nike is selling an image too, if Bud Light’s image was tarnished by Mulvaney, then Nike’s should have been too.
-
Your first sentence shows a lack of understanding of logic and drawing a logical conclusion. Baker Boy pointed out many situations where your false conclusion is incorrect. Nike selling yoga pants to trans women does not erase women; where do you get these conclusions from? Your last paragraph has been my position all along. I don't drink BL or its competitors so I have no personal skin in the game; my comments have been limited to the marketing gaffe and not understanding what they are actually selling (an image, not a beer).

The first link is a summary of best practices for dealing with the condition. It reflects the latest research, and is heavily footnoted with said research. If you want to know what the medical consensus is on something, the Merck guide is the best resource I know of. ACOG’s guidance on gender care is not political; it’s pretty standard. Look at other industry association websites and you will see many similarities. It’s just that the right has decided to politicize this issue. Therefore, any organization that doesn’t agree with them is suddenly political. If the right-wing wasn’t playing anti-trans songs all day every day, none of what’s on the ACOG site would even be controversial. Nobody uses the term “gender destroying medicine” unless they’ve got a pretty strongly biased opinion on the topic, for example. I listened to about 20 minutes of the podcast. So far, I learned that the Tavistock clinic was almost criminally mismanaged. I’m waiting to see how they get from one bad clinic to questioning all gender care in the world. I will say that “we should follow the UK’s example” is not a very convincing argument on its own. So hopefully by the conclusion of the podcast they will have put some better points forward.

So I guess we can all agree that men are more upset by the existence of trannies than women are? And yet, I thought part of the argument against trannies (particularly M to F ones) was they’re “trying to erase women.” If that were the case then people should be more upset when products marketed towards women are using trannies in their advertisements. But like Gutter said, with which you seem to agree, the moral of the story is the Bud Light boycott isn’t about putting an end to the trans religion or whatever buzzword people like to use, it’s just because they don’t like trannies being affiliated with stuff they use.

I have no idea what that word salad of a first sentence means, but the large session beer brands like BL are absolutely selling an image, and it is precisely because there isn't a lot of product-related differentiation with competitive offerings, which by the way makes the boycott easier. Think of most beer commercials, they have clydesdales or frogs or people sitting around the campfire, they aren't talking about fermentation temperatures for lager yeast. Nike does sell an image to some extent, but the situation is different, and if you can't see that, that's on you. They sell separate products for men and women. Men don't associate themselves with women's yoga pants, so I can't see them overly caring. Plus the male golf demographic is different than the male piss beer demographic. That being said, I'd be interested to see what happens if Nike ran an ad campaign with some trans male equivalent of Mulvaney, and if discussion picked up steam on social media. Because I don't think there is all that much differentiation/barrier to change for a guy to switch to a different brand golf shirt, much like BL. Maybelline has nothing to do with men, why are you even discussing it?
