He got it! Wow he looks like he could go another 4 innings of no hit ball, completely in the zone

He was feeling it tonight. I love seeing history being made (as long as it doesn't happen at the expense of my team).

Mother f***er why did it happen on the night I work? Damnit all! Lifelong Tiger fan (plenty of suffering there), last no-no was Morris when I was 3. Man this kills me.

Morris did it on the road :pointstosky:

morris was also a month shy of his 29th birthday when he did it. justin is 23.

this kid will have a few more of these if he stays healthy. completely unhittable tonight. the brewer batters in the 9th were completely befuddled and bewildered.

a 101 fastball followed by a pants-peeing curve.

the guy should be outlawed

Seeing him hit 101 in the ninth was awesome, also got me thinking about Zumaya, when is everyones favorite guitar hero returning?

That was great to see. The Brewers looked like they had absolutely no idea what to do against this kid tonight. He was throwing BBs all night and his curve was ridiculous.

Best time I have EVER had at any sporting event evah!!!

Nice to actually witness true sports history

1st ever no no at Comerica

First Tigers no no since Morris in 84

First no no at home since 52

I am so pumped I am not sure I can sleep tonight. My throat is gone.

After Magglio's sweet play in the 7th..the energy rose.

Unbelievable double play by Perez and Polanco in the 8th,....fever rising..I wanted the Tigers to go three and out in the botom of the 8th so Justin doesn't get cold. Focking Casey draws a walk.

9th inning.. NO ONE left. NO ONE sitting. Place on FIRE!!! Strikes out First, then second. I'm high fiving anyone who would give me some...

Long fly to right, looks dangerous, then you see Magglio is under it!!

YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!

Un-focking real. Nothing in sports can replace a moment like this.

J. Edmonds cf 5 0 1 0 0 1 4 .242

so in your world he had 4 singles a double and a triple BUT the boxscore shows 1-5 with no ribbies.

:highfive: Mike! I was at the game too!!! I was sitting outside at work during lunch time and the weather was so damn nice I just said man, I've got to go to the game tonight. I called up three friends and the first two came up with lame ass excuses for not being able to go and finally the third friend came through and we went. He's not even a Tiger's fan.

So around about the 4th inning I look over at my friend and mention the no no in process and he just laughed it off. By the time the 7th rolled around, I was calling all my friends who turned down the offer to go and was smearing it their faces. When the 9th ended, they were the one's calling me.

I've seen some important things, (Super Bowl in 2006, Piston's clincher in 1990) and I gotta say that nothing touches last night. Nothing is even close. I felt like a little kid again. I was talking to a 70 year old usher who's been doing it for about 4 decades during the 5th and he'd never seen one and he was getting excited. When it was over, he was teary eyed emotional and I had to shake his hand to congratulate him. It was cool.

Am I the only one who saw Kevin Costner throw a perfect game for the Tigers?

:ninja:

It was a glitch in yahoo...has happened several times this year...notice he was hitting and scoring runs for KC...

Am I the only one who saw Kevin Costner throw a perfect game for the Tigers?

Clear the mechanism.
