Actually, the airline's official response to inquiries about this was that they DO NOT have any sort of dress code for their passengers. It would seem that this particular employee went off the reservation a bit w/her actions.

Has anybody seen the Southwest airline show on Bravo(I think). They had a man wearing a skirt/kilt without underwear and they forced him to change clothes. They even bought the clothes for him. So they do have video evidence of this not being a female thing. So she will lose this lawsuit, if she tries.
