Superbowl bound

:shocking:

Close win here. Mason Crosby made the difference for me today after making a bad decisions benching Tampa DST for Ravens DST.

Oh yeah...as long as Longwell doesn't kick 8 long field goals I'm in. No thanks to Romo. Portis, Maroney, and Fargas kept me in it.

I'm going back again. I won it last year and get to play the 6th seeded team that BARELY slipped into the playoffs.

I am in this year also. I am going up against the Brady/Welker/Addai/Portis owner who barely squeeqed by the Romo/Moss owner this week.

I hope LT gets to play a full game. I will need his points badly.

I'm in the Super Bowl after a four year drought.

I'm playing a guy who has Peyton Manning, Owens, Portis.

If LT plays more than a half, Earnest Graham gets a TD and Peyton throws a few TD's to Reggie Wayne I think I'll have a great chance to win.

I made it to the finals as the 5 seed and I'm playing the 6 seed. I lost in the finals last year and I'm pretty outmatched this year...add in the fact that I have P.Manning, A.Gonzalez, and Indy "D" and they might not be playing starters the whole game....my chances of winning aren't looking good. But ya never know.

I'm in for the 3rd straight year (lost in 2006, won in 2005). Steven Jackson is playing well at the right time!

I'm in thanks to a waiver wire gaff by an opponent (dropped Jennings the first week of the season because he was hurt), a rookie keeper from last year (Joseph Addai), the #1 pick this year (LT), and for picking up Tampa's defense two weeks ago.

Palmer, Big Ben

LT, Addai, Turner, Keith

Burress, Evans, Jennings, Walter and Walker

Gonzo and Miller

Folk

Chargers and Buc's defenses

At one point had Selvin Young and Dallas Clark and made ill advised trade (Lamont Jordan)

Had the highest points per game average in the 13 year history of our league. Also won bonus money for most total points.

Best thing of all, I get to keep Addai for one more year.

These are about the only "post your team" threads worth existing, and I'm damn proud of the work I did to get this all together so here I am!!! First, I'm up 60 in a PPC/PPR League and he's got AP, Longwell, and the MIN D/ST tonight...but barring a 42-0 miracle where Peterson scores more points than any other RB in history...I'm set

Started out 1-2 and finished 8-6 to clinch a spot the last game of the season, despite leading the league in total points 10 of 14 weeks (but I still love HTH and will never play total points). So I've got a chance to repeat, even after a horrible draft and a weak start...

(Starters in bold, underline=draft, 10 Team redraft, 1 QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, TE, 2 Flex)

Ron Mexico's Puppy Farm

QB - Hasselbeck

WR - Welker, Branch, Burleson, Driver, Gaffney, Crayton, Davis, Glenn

RB - LT2, Graham, SJax

TE - Lee

K - Folk

D/ST - Baltimore, Chicago

Made it in my money league for the first time in several years.

Thanks to Brady for a timely subpar performance on the opposing side!! Thanks to Gore for finally posting some yards. Thanks to Witten for being such a stud. Thanks to Favre for his resurgance this year.

Now I'm up against the Payton-led team. Here's one guy hoping he has another modest week.

Finished the regular season 8-4-1 with the second most points. Had first round bye. Going to the championship with the following team:

E. Manning

J. Addai

A. Peterson

E. James

T.J. Housh

B. Edwards

H. Miller

Tampa Bay D

Playing the guy with Big Ben, LT, Taylor, and Jennings. Should be a good matchup!

Made it in my main league, barring a Berrian career game tonight. He'd have to have like 3 or 4 TD's and well over 100 yds.

I am going to face the Brady owner in the championship. :headbanger:

I'm in...I destroyed the Tom Brady owner, which is a great feeling

However, currently I'm lined up to play the number one seed which consists of R. Moss, Welker, Tomlinson, Chester, New England Def, Wayne. He can still lose though tonight which I hope.

Either way I'm riding a 4 week winning streak going to the championship so we'll see what happens

People in my league laughed at me because I have 4X as many moves as anyone else.

That helped me to play guys like Kolby Smith, Kenny Watson, Kenton Keith, Maurice Morris, Stecker...and so on...moving guys in and out to sub for ineffective players (K. Jones) or injurred players (Alexander and Benson).

Made a few trades that brought me K. Jones and Favre...and here I am...with a bad team...that somehow made it to the bowl.
