As an aside, I always find it fascinating that doctors get pissy and sometimes demand that you call them Doctor <insert name> even in social settings. What is up with that? I always wanted to be at a social function and thought it would be funny to hear two people meet and it go like this:

 

"Hi, my name is Dr. John Smith"

 

"Nice to meet you, my name is Teacher Jane Doe, and this is my husband Accountant Jim Doe"
