We are not going to punish our illegal aliens in any way. We noticed that the economy and the debt showed up before Obama took office. You pulled out every low, juvenile, racist, cartoon, rumor and lie you could find against The President and came out looking (well) low, juvenile and racist. You Re-flublicans will need to remake your party into something that resembles the United States of today or loose more ground in the future. TheBlade 3 Posted November 10, 2012 What happened is that ever since 1992 and the dawn of 24 hour cable coverage, the election has gone to the better media personality. That trend, of course, is now skyrocketing ever more drastically upward since Internet coverage plays such a huge role. Bubba slaughtered Bush and Dole, who didn't have a half of a personality between them. W. stomped Gore and Kerry, who were as stiff and camera-unfriendly as cardboard cutouts. Now Obama has lapped the laughable McCain and the reject from the 1950's Mort Romney. The winner next time around, unless he's such a trainwreck that he intentionally alienates a majority of special interest groups, will be the media darling...the speechmaker...the personality. We live in a country where a percent or two can define a landslide. The popularity contest demographic is the real deciding factor, every election. I agree with everything you said here. kutulu 1,692 Posted November 10, 2012 —President Barack Obama was declared the winner of Florida's 29 electoral votes Saturday, ending a four-day count with a razor-thin margin that narrowly avoided an automatic recount that would have brought back memories of 2000. No matter the outcome, Obama had already clinched re-election and now has 332 electoral votes to Romney's 206. The Florida Secretary of State's Office said that with almost 100 percent of the vote counted, Obama led Republican challenger Mitt Romney 50 percent to 49.1 percent, a difference of about 74,000 votes. That was over the half-percent margin where a computer recount would have been automatically ordered unless Romney had waived it. Curb stomping

jerryskids 6,961 Posted November 10, 2012 The Re-flublicans trotted out another old, hateful white guy I stopped treating this like an adult posting here. You clearly made no attempt to actually learn anything about Romney. About all of the help he's given individuals and families in need (not just financial but counseling and physical help). Heck, he left a job where he was printing money to rescue the olympics, then went into politics. But hey, that's OK, because you represent the new majority -- people who vote for free birth control and re-tweet bagina videos, and lap up the pablum that the MSM tells you to think about a candidate. Republicans need to accept the new reality and figure out how to work the system. BTW I agree with you on immigration -- I expect the platform to change. That's the easiest vote purchase.
