A. Footballguys, yes. They look identical. I thought the some group owned them both. And, an FYI, I only went there one night after I was "literally" the only person on this board. I was afraid to leave. I didn't know if I was supposed to turn the lights off, lock the doors. So I waited until a couple other Geeks showed up, then I split.

 

B. I have never been two people at once here, never. The only time over all these years I have ever created an new alias is because, for whatever reason my last one didn't sit well with the other Geeks. That's the truth. And I have never tried to hide who I have been here.

 

I really don't care if I get added to your list or not, I just want the patch, if we are getting one.

I think I discovered the Geek Club right after I bought the house in 1999. So maybe 2000-2002. I'm not sure exactly. The first name I ever posted under was Fandandy. I'm sure I said alot of "crap" and I was quickly banned but I am not much for quitting so I returned quickly as Danfandy. It didn't take the mods long to realize, hmmm... so I was banned again. Came back as Randandy. Banned again, and this is where it get's scetchy because we are talking years ago and I drank alot. I remember Settledownladies, and there is one other in there I'm sure but I can't remember along the way. After a final ban I took it as a "hint" and said fok it, I think. Then my divorce and I was basically dealing with alot of other things aside from posting on a message board for a few years. Recently came back Mahan Day. I was watching golf on Sunday and thought of you Geeks, looked at the leader board and those were the two golfers last names that stuck out to me. I combined them and voila, I was back. Banned again, and then after two weeks of a month long suspension I missed you clowns so I created Geezil.

 

If I have missed a name here or there along the way I apologize. But, I have never been an alias as I define an alias, being two persons simultaneously with the intent of tricking others. I think that is ghey honestly, but to each his or her own. I have also posted all of this more than 4 times recently in multiple threads. I have never tried to lie or to hide anything. I do feel bad for Giantsfan for taking so much crap over me because I never once tried to emulate his style. I think he's a cool cat though and he makes me laugh consistently. If I ever met him in person I would buy him a beer, in really well lit bar with LOTS of people around. Kidding.

 

Anyway, that's the truth. Take it or leave it.

If a thread looks interesting here, I post in it. If it looks interesting in the noGF board, I post there. Overall the new place has a more relaxed and better feel to it than FFT has had in a long while..

 

If I want to start my own thread, I may pick one place or both. I'm not much of a thread starter though.

 

I think ed's doing a great job. It's sad Mike has to be put through all this but I'm glad he keeps his profile low as he has consistently and I've always liked that about him.
