If the United States were to make a move, and they have a move to make, put some military in Eastern Ukraine for military exercises and troop training of Ukrainian forces. Nothing suspicious in that. Then, if Russian continues to slowly push into Eastern Europe, they risk messing with American troops, and that would be disastrous for all involved. I can't see Russia making that gambit. They can't financially afford a long standoff. They need to invade Ukraine in the next few weeks. America would force a stalemate. Really, it's a brilliant chess move. And Obama is too stupid to make it.
