The other crime Lockette committed was hanging out with the San Fran QB. If it means getting him removed from the Seahawks roster, I'm perfectly fine with him going to jail.

Voltaire 4,567 Posted April 11, 2014 Well this sucks, I have Raep as a dynasty league QB but fortunately have depth at the position. Reading the story though, it could just blow over. They were -if not a couple a friends with benefits arrangement- and she just woke up in the hospital. Nobody is accused of anything. They may not have even had intercourse. The one thing that won't go over too well with the NFL folks is the alleged marijuana use.

Saint Elistan 106 Posted April 11, 2014 Mike, the title of this thread should be changed. http://blogs.sacbee.com/49ers/archives/2014/04/kaepernick-two-other-players-investigated-in-suspicious-incident-in-miami.html The report says that the woman felt light headed and went to a bedroom where she was later joined by Kaepernick, 26, with whom she had a sexual relationship in the past. Kaepernick then left the bedroom. The two did not have sex, she said in the report. The report says that Patton, 23, and Lockette, 27, peeked inside the bedroom and that the woman yelled, "What are you doing? Where is Colin? Get out!" According to the report, the woman does not remember anything about the night after that. She woke up in a hospital bed the following morning not knowing how she got there. The woman, whose name is redacted, reported the incident to police on April 3. TMZ can suck a bag of dicks with the headlines they're putting out. Concerning the Marijuana, if there are no charges, there is no crime. The league can't do crap except "randomly" test these players - who's systems have been thoroughly flushed by now. Saint Elistan 106 Posted April 11, 2014 Excellent suggestion. "Colin Kaepernick being investigated for drugging a woman and then sexual assault." Kaepernick may be innocent, sure, but the part you quoted doesn't mean squat. How exactly do you sexually assault a woman when she already let you undress her and have focked her in the past. She states that she asked the other two men "Where's Colin" which very much implies that only Colin was welcome in that room. Get a clue, lawyer boy. The thread title should be changed because the police have stated that there is NO EVIDENCE of "Sexual Assault" and the words do not appear in the official police report containing the witnesses statements. If the police don't use the words, and the witness doesn't use the words, why does TMZ get away with using the words? This woman went to the police because she thinks the other two may have done something. I hope the Seahawk gets charged with something so you can reproach my nuts, Philly. Kaepernick needs to avoid these situations. Irresponsible on his part, but based on everything we know at this time, he didn't do anything wrong that night. Kaepernick needs to avoid these situations. Irresponsible on his part, but based on everything we know at this time, he didn't do anything wrong that night. I'm sure ol' Colin was just super-concerned about her so he took her into the bedroom and tucked her in nice and tight. Probably brought in a glass of water for her too, and held her hair back whole she threw up into the receptacle that Colin had also thoughtfully provided. Then when she was peacefully asleep at last Colin tiptoed out of the room and returned to his business, intending to check in on her regularly, of course, only then his receiver buddies snuck in and raped her while Colin was in the kitchen deciding what he might prepare for her to eat when she awoke. Get real dude. Also the statement that she didn't have sex with Kaepernick BEFORE passing out is simply to establish that she didn't consent to have sex with anyone that night. HTH As for the fact that they'd had sex in the past, that absolutely does not mean that Kaepernick couldn't have had unconsensual sex with her that night. Jesus that line of thinking died out decades ago. Look maybe nothing happened at all, or something happened but Kaepernick was not involved in any way, shape or form. But to say tat this stage that Kaepernick didn't do anything is pretty naive. We need more facts before that can be established

I'm guessing if you are the NFL Commish, maybe you dont count on this. a quick drug test of all parties would resolve the drug issue. My guess is they all got called in for one the day this news broke. if they test positive, the league can act without waiting on the result of the investigation. My question is how are these 3 players connected? were they teammates in college? I know two of the three are on the same pro team, but what about the seahawk? phillybear 365 Posted April 11, 2014 My question is how are these 3 players connected? were they teammates in college? I know two of the three are on the same pro team, but what about the seahawk? Ricardo Lockette is a bum. A couple of seasons ago, he was a practice squad guy on the Seahawks and eventually played a few games late in the season and made a few big plays in some games at the end of 2011-12. He flashed some potential. There was some hope for the kid going into the next year. And he did absolutely nothing in training camp and preseason and got cut. He signed with the 49ers September 2012, spent the season with them, became friends with Kaepernick. Spent the following offseason training with Kaepernick, was going to be a factor for the WRs in 2013, and then he got cut just before the start of last season. Spent a month on the Bears. Went back to Seattle in October, due to injuries, made it onto the roster, playoff roster, and eventually won a ring. Due to his wasted potential, close friendship with Kaepernick, and just all around bad vibe and doesn't give a sh!t attitude from this guy, he is the most hated Seahawk by just about every Seahawk fan PRIOR to this incident. Just ask around. I hate the fact he has a ring. Walter Jones doesn't. Steve Largent doesn't. This bum does. Yuck.

Saint Elistan 106 Posted April 12, 2014 http://blogs.sacbee.com/49ers/archives/2014/04/kaepernick-denies-wrongdoing-details-start-to-emerge-in-miami-investigation.html It turns out that Miami Fire Rescue personnel transported the 25-year-old woman from the players' suite at the Viceroy hotel to a downtown Miami hospital. Lt. Ignatius Carroll said emergency responders were dispatched at 12:32 a.m on April 2 and that they were summoned by police, who were already at the hotel suite. Sources familiar with the incident said it was one of the players who placed the original calls - two of them - to the police. When police arrived they became concerned with the woman's frame of mind, and they called Miami Fire Rescue, which handles EMT service in that city. Kaepernick, Patton and Lockette have not been interviewed by police and no charges have been filed. Methinks TMZ may have a lawsuit on their hands when all is said and done. Saint Elistan 106 Posted May 7, 2014 Just to close this out: Miami police release 911 tape http://www.mercurynews.com/49ers/ci_25708571/miami-police-release-911-tape-involving-49ers-kaepernick Miami police on Tuesday released audio of 911 calls for last month's incident involving Colin Kaepernick and Quinton Patton at a Miami apartment where a still-unidentified woman refused to leave while laying naked in a bed. "I want to report there's a young lady in my friend's bed," said one caller, believed to be Kaepernick's friend Ricardo Lockette, a Seattle Seahawks wide receiver. "He's not here. She's going to wait in his bed. She's not leaving. We asked her to leave. We told her he won't be here tonight. She said she's not leaving until she sees him." While police would not confirm that Lockette was one of the callers -- as previously reported by the Sacramento Bee -- the other caller was a hotel security guard. The security guard said the resort had a guest whose visitor didn't want to leave. When he asked the woman what her name was, "she said her name was Jesus," he said on the 911 audio. Asked by the 911 operator if the woman was violent, the security guard said no, that "she's just crying." On the other call, the 911 operator also asked if the woman was all right. "She actually took her clothes off and layed in the bed," the caller responded. "So she's fully naked on the bed" asked the operator. "Yes." "So she's waiting for her boyfriend? Is that it?" Replied the caller: "He's not her boyfriend. He's just someone she wants to sleep with. But he's not here so she went and got in bed naked, and said she's staying there until he got back." Thanks, fellas, for all the creative nicknames, but you can take your torches somewhere else. Kaepernick's not home and he wont be sleeping with you today.
