Agreed, if the powers that be have promised her safe landing in return for silence, I think the play is to give her a better deal to whistle blow on her superiors.... Immunity and a book deal... Clinton got $8million fronted for a stupid autobiography... Lerner would get $25 million + for a watergate level blow out... And thats just the downpayment on what she could make

IMO, they don't want to get to the bottom of this, they want to scream, yell and get the base all worked up. That hard drive crashing is the biggest blessing the GOP has had in years, they will milk it until October.

That makes no sense given the timeline... Why stonewall a year about the emails? Get it all out and shorten the duration of question and potential pain... Instead it was about digging in and hoping people would just forget about it.
