For sure. First, there is little chance Ramsay hits his mark that far away with hat much hang time. But ok tv, I'll allow it. Second, just zig zag and here is zero chance he hits you. He is aiming with your trajectory in mind from a huge distance. Just run slightly to the side when he fires and it misses by a mile. No chance he hits me if I am the one running. It's just like people in movies who don't run to the side of something barreling towards them.

To be fair rickon was a tiny little kid when he went missing then got captured and has been held...it's not like he's a warrior who would know these things.

 

But yes, completely unbelievable Ramsey would hit him at that distance with a lob. Christ he'd be lucky to hit him with a rifle and scope

Does (did) he know how Shireen was killed? That scene was, for me, the most gut wrenching scene ever in GoT - maybe ever, period.

Shireen's greyscale was actually cured but the damage was irreversible. I don't remember the particulars but I think the idea is that it's curable in kids if they catch it early.

Season five and six end with Cersei on trial. Maybe she blows up King's Landing and season seven sees her on trial again this time presided over by Tyrian.
