Actually, they interviewed her about this. It was quite moving. The fact that Trump called out a Gold Star Mom for not wanting to speak about her dead son is certainly up there (or better, down there) with mocking the disabled reporter.

 

Trump had a dog to hunt here. He could have and should have gone after Hillary for voting for the war that killed their boy. You don't go after either the grieving father or mother. Incredible lack of judgement there.
