Frank M 181 Posted August 2, 2016 Look I'm cool if someone takes a side I don't agree with. Someone wants to vote for Hillary? That's fine. I just think certain people not just shonuff shouldn't just sit in the middle and say they are both terrible and then personally rip posters on here for their political stance. Thats all. Everybody love everybody!!! God dammit!! Two things: 1) Where do you think you are? 2) The ignore feature is there for a reason. Actually, three things 3) When did you become the arbiter of what people should and shouldn't post?
cyclone24 1,914 Posted August 2, 2016 Why not? Does it matter that Im not voting for HIllary? If I was voting for Hillary would it be better if I was mocking Trump and his idiotic supporters? That seems like some awful logic there. Sure. Because after you got done with the petty insults then I would assume you could articulate what about Hillary you are voting for. Then there could actually be conversation not the petty slap fights that we have now.

Sho Nuff 720 Posted August 2, 2016 Sure. Because after you got done with the petty insults then I would assume you could articulate what about Hillary you are voting for. Then there could actually be conversation not the petty slap fights that we have now. Why does it make a difference whether its Hillary or Gary Johnson? Psst...if Kasich would have won I would have been supporting him in this against Hillary. If Sanders had one...I would have considered possibly voting for him. We have 2 vile choices that I can't ever support. They are that bad. This seems to bother you and think it means I shouldn't voice an opinion on a public message board. Pretty focked up. Someone who supports one of the two candidates will post something and then you essentially insult them or why their position is bad. And then when you called out on it and ask who you support you just go back to oh well I'm not supporting anyone.

iam90sbaby 2,621 Posted August 2, 2016 Uh, even worse. Suports legalizing heroin. Whats wrong with that? I don't do it, and I'm sure no one on this board does, but heroin overdose has gone up every year, obviously the laws aren't helping. Also, heroin addicts are not criminals, they do not deserve to be put in any jail, especially a private one that profits off their misery. The war on drugs isn't a war on the street, it is a war that goes on in the heads of these addicts. They need help, not imprisonment. Ron Paul said it best: I don't do heroin because I know its not good for you, not because it is illegal, and the same can be said for 99% of people. Also, just to add to this, did you know Colorado had the lowest marijuana use in teens last year?

Sho Nuff 720 Posted August 2, 2016 He actually supports it being available (like methadone) at drugstores by prescription to addicts. He agrees with many that the war on drugs is expensive and a failure and offers realistic solutions to help the problem rather than continue bad policy that does nothing. He does not support just outright legalization...RPLite again has zero clue on actual issues. Oh...and supporting a candidate also does not mean you support everything they do...I suspect his bringing Johnson into this thread was because I said I support him...the obsession continues. http://www.ontheissues.org/2016/Gary_Johnson_Drugs.htm sensible thoughts on the issue...rather than just bogus soundbites

Also, just to add to this, did you know Colorado had the lowest marijuana use in teens last year? First of all, marijuana and heroin don't belong in any compatible sense. Enough said about that. And seeing as the explosion of heroin addiction and overdosed can be directly tied to the legal ways opioids are obtained, via prescription, I think we have a pretty good handle on how legalizing it would work out. Street heroin is the last resort when it can't be acquired legally.

Hardcore troubadour 15,508 Posted August 2, 2016 Bullshit. He wants to control it, but legalize it. Nice try. It's still introducing a narcotic meant for pain relief, not to get high. Mike Honcho 5,295 Posted August 2, 2016 He's already making excuses as to why he lost. Trump: 'I'm afraid the election's going to be rigged' Donald Trump on Monday took his complaints about the "rigged" political system one step further. "I'm afraid the election's going to be rigged. I have to be honest," Trump told voters in Ohio, a crucial swing state. rump added that he has heard "more and more" that the November election will be rigged -- suggesting to his supporters that the outcome of the election is out of the hands of voters.
