That's a little unfair. You say that as if they don't ever draft QB's. Everyone said, "You MUST draft a QB". So, stupid Haslam traded up to draft Johnny Manziel. So, that worked out real well. You don't just keep burning 1st rounders on unproven talent. At some point, you have to consider taking the best player available.
