Ted Nugent turned 68 yesterday.....give me your favorite song from the Tedster

Recommended Posts

Here he is with the Damn Yankees singing one of his songs. Lots of fun in the first part of the video. At about 2:55 in is when he starts to jam.

Tommy Shaw and Jack Blades look like they are having a BLAST playing this song with Ted. :music_guitarred: :headbanger:

The Indian and the buffalo

They existed hand in hand

The Indian needed food

He needed skins for a roof

But he only took what they needed, baby

Millions of buffalo were the proof :bandana:

I am a mutherfucker if I do declare!

Some California outdoor festival he did with Aerosmith that has stuck in my head for years. Think it was 1975. Maybe even in Texas. :dunno:

Stranglehold, thread

This/

I was on a ferry in Florida that went back and forth from the condo and the main area of Destin. Everyone was drunk as sh!t. This song came on and no one but me and another guy knew what the lyrics meant. Me: Any of you fuckos know what this song is about? Crickets: ........ Me: It's about shutting a b!tch up. Wifey: No more for you. Me: 😄

Yep. Honorable mention to Journey to the center of the mind.

I would vote for this over Stranglehold.

I have to go with the first song I ever heard by Ted,also found out later that Meatloaf sings lead vocals on four of the songs on the album.
