Tom Brady's spiritual guide, guru and business partner Alejandro Guerrero has been accused of posing as a registered doctor and making unsupported claims that his products could cure cancer and AIDS, a report revealed.

Alejandro/Alex Guerrero has been repeatedly investigated by the Federal Trade Commission which banned him from ever referring to himself as a doctor.

This came after an affidavit revealed he was not a 'medical doctor' or 'doctor of Oriental medicine' as he claimed and only had a Master's in Chinese medicine from Samra University in Los Angeles, which closed in August 2010, Boston Magazine reported.

The FTC also found no evidence to support that his nutritional supplement Supreme Greens - which he claimed 'produced miraculous results' and could be 'taken safely by pregnant women' - could cure or prevent cancer, AIDS, multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease.
