When I was a teenage kid first learning about politics, well it was true that I disliked the Dems across the board on a number of issues, but I also use to think tax-and-spend Democrats were fiscally irresponsible. Wrong, wrong wrong. When I became aware of how deeply embedded the borrow-and-spend mentality is among Republicans, I found them to be 100x worse. I came around and gave the tax-and-spend Dems their due and have long since changed my mind on which party is less fiscally irresponsible.

 

Unlike the GOP, at least the Dems are willing to pay for all the government candy they pass out. The Republicans have re-proved my disgust towards them again and again ever since Newt Gingrich left the scene and George W, Shitbag took over. Not a single one of the Senate GOP has any interest in balancing the budget, a few of them least list it as a meaningless talking point.

 

If fiscally conservative means "balance the budget" then I still am and always have been. If fiscally conservatives means "tax cuts for the wealth and ignore the deficit" then fock off, I'm not on board. I'm going to go continue to see if Black Lives Matter and the thought control PC crowd are any less toxic to hang around with. Probably not, but in case of dumb focking wars fought on borrowed money, I was willing to hold my nose.

We have the 49th worst infrastructure in the nation. So thats ok, we need more lets tax gas more, we now pay 82 cents in tax on every gallon, that is a 30% tax on gasoline, something everyone needs. Continue to raise taxes, charge stores a tax on plastic bags, more money to the state that protects illegals before its citizens. Who runs this state into the financial ground?
